CCNA The CCNA certification indicates a foundation in and apprentice knowledge of networking. UCSA v1.3 Cisco Unified System Administration This course is primarily designed for people responsible for the day-to-day administration of Cisco Unity and Personal Assistant messaging systems. The course is also appropriate for Account Managers, Channel Partners, and sales people to develop an understanding of the features and benefits of the product. The course serves as a prerequisite for the Cisco Unified Communications System Engineer course. The class also partially prepares a student to take the Unity System Engineer Exam.
